Crystal had been tutoring with Reading Corps for two years when she heard about the Minnesota Grow Your Own Teacher program. She’d been contemplating her next career move, and the program seemed like the perfect way to get into the education field.
In 2024, Crystal earned her master’s of education and teaching license. You can now find her teaching at Sonnesyn Elementary!
