After her son received tutoring from Math Corps, Sara saw the incredible impact the program could have on students. then in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic turning everyone’s schedule upside down, the timing worked out perfectly for Sara to join an AmeriCorps program herself! She joined Reading Corps four years ago and has relished the opportunity to provide the same impactful service her son received!
As she wraps up her last year of tutoring, Sara will have completed over 3,000 hours of service to Forest Lake Area Schools students!
